Filters have now been added in Rylee. This allows you to filter more specifically on the products you are tracking by means of a range.
We have also added the original product database (aka the product generator) again. Now you can filter in the (almost) 300,000 products that Rylee already tracks. This works exactly the same as the product tracker! Only then with all the products in Rylee. You can also use the new filters for this that are availble in the product tracker.
You can now also add one-time costs to your products
Hey everyone, just a little UI update:
This update is so that there is more room for the main features at the top for the future
Bulk tracking in the Chrome Extension is now faster.
It will be processed in the background in Rylee. It can take some time until the products shows up, but this makes the bulk tracking functionality way more stable.
Well, this is probably something you have never seen before... but really, this is awesome.
The Chrome Extension was mostly used for product research, but there is so much more to bol.com what could be improved. And that's what we did!
In the Rylee Chrome Extension v2.6.0 we added some awesome shortcuts to edit your product information really quick! On every product page you see 2 extra buttons next to the "Favorite button". This leads to the overview page to edit your price and to the product information page to edit the content of the product in the SDD (Seller Dashboard).
But that's only the small part...
We noticed in the SDD from bol.com that the Product Description editor is fairly limited. Don't get us wrong! It's enough, it has all the functions you need. But if you know us, you know we see even there an oppurtunity for improvement.
So this is what we did... we improved the editor by a lot!
We hope you like it, because we certainly do! This will save you a lot of time probably (or not if you're going to play with all the new awesome functionality, which we would certainly understand, we won't judge 😉).
Hope you have an amazing weekend!
We have updated Rylee to use the bol.com retailer API v6.
Nothing changes for you, we just wanted to let you know that we are up to date!
Also we fixed a bug that's caused by the OpenApi from bol.com that returns that there might be more sellers under your listing than there actually are. In the Api the same seller might be listed twice. This caused hijack notifications to fire, while the only seller under that listing is only you. We patched this so it won't happen again!
Thanks for the feedback!
We have added some small improvements to the mail template editor:
Thanks for the feedback!
Hi, we have added 2 small improvements to the bol.com automatic invoice system!
We have updated the bol.com invoice system so it complies more with the law and regulations from the Netherlands and Belgium. Here are the improvements:
We are now showing individual tax rates and the total tax on the invoice. This is great news for your book keeping! It doesn't matter if your tax rate is 0, 6, 9 or 21. Every individual tax rate will be shown!
You can now correctly shift your VAT. If you shift your VAT to another European country (Any country to Belgium, or any country to the Netherlands), it will now show "VAT shifted" on the invoice with a 0% tax rate. You can set this per country at your settings from your team by going to Bol invoicing (Bol facturering).
Thanks again for the awesome feedback everyone! (and in this specific case, one of our client's customer 😉)
Talk to you soon!
You can now set notification permissions for your team. Here you can set who can receive them (or disable them completely)
It is now much easier to invite team members. They don't need a Rylee account in advance to invite your team member from now on. If they don't have it, they will receive an email!
Like in the old Rylee.
You can now add bcc emails for your invoices, you can do this in team settings, bol invoicing.
We updated 2 things today, which will speed up your workflow within Rylee.
The first update which we tought was really important is that you are able to use the Chrome Extension without connecting your store. This was a small but fundamental change, for starting sellers that don't have a store yet. And for sellers that don't want to connect their store.
We have updated the Tracking tool with the possibility to track a product immediately in a category. We have updated the Chrome Extension reflecting this change as well. This way you are able to track a whole page immediately into the right category which will probably save you a lot of time! The Chrome Extension version should now be 2.2.0. If it's not you can update the extension at chrome://extensions
Thanks for the people that gave us feedback about those topics! We really appreciate it!
Will see you soon at the next update,
